Young Adult Gatherings
Usually during colleges' winter breaks, there is an event for young adults. These events are young-adult run and have a reunion-like quality. In additon, they delve into issues relevant to college students and working young adults. Past themes have been "Christmas Coffeehouse", a time to share coffee and deep conversation about social justice; “Swimming with God's Current”, a brief look at how to live our lives the way God wants us to; “What did we get ourselves into?”, a look at poverty, chastity, obedience, and some of the challenges of Christian living; and “Seek Me” a weekend that looked at prayer and our relationship with God.If you are interested in upcoming YA gatherings, there may be information at Hot News, and an application at the Current Applications page.
