If you are entering 12th grade, you can apply to be on LLS, which is the Leadership, Learning and Service team.  They come to camp on Monday.

If you have just graduated, you can either be LLS or apply to be a counselor.

If you are an adult..... please consider applying to be a counselor at BION.  We are limited in the number of campers we can accomodate this year because we don't have enough volunteer adults!  Please help!  Contact Jane Hartwell at 800-244-6062 x29 or at youth@episcopalmaine.org.

BION will be Tuesday to Saturday, August 19-23.  This is an amazing 5-day camp experience!  It's for people completing grades 6-12. It's offered by Diocesan Youth Ministries at Camp Bishopwood.  You'll have fun with new friends, enjoy activities and explore faith while living in God's beautiful creation! The Diocesan Youth Council is extremely grateful to all of the Support Partner Churches which rearranged their Sunday service one weekend so that a diocesan youth event could happen at their church. They are: St. Matthew's in Lisbon (9 years); St. Paul's in Brunswick (Awakening 2007), Trinity Church in Portland (Happening 2004, TEC 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009), St. Mark's in Augusta (Narnia I in 2007 and CrossWalk 2008), St. Giles in Jefferson (Harry Potter IV in 2006), St. Anne's in Calais (Downeast Youth Event 2006, 2007, 2008), Christ Church in Gardner (Happening 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008), Grace Church in Bath (Harry Potter 2003, 2004, 2005, Awakening 2008), St. Philip's in Wiscasset (Happening 2003), and St. Saviour's in Bar Harbor (CrossWalk 2003). Your extraordinary generosity has demonstrated to teenagers the meaning of Christian hospitality. Teens are amazed at what you do!
